Privacy Policy

Financial News · Last updated: June 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Financial News mobile application ("the App") handles information. The App is designed to collect as little data as possible.

Information we collect

The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, or location, and the App does not collect personally identifying information.

How the App works

The App displays news headlines that it requests from our backend service. That service aggregates publicly available news from third-party RSS feeds and returns the headlines to the App. No information about you is required to provide this content.

Server logs

When the App requests news, our hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform) may automatically process standard technical information — such as IP address, request time, and device or browser type — in order to operate, secure, and maintain the service. This information is used only for those operational purposes, is not used to personally identify you, and is never sold.

Analytics and advertising

The App does not include third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising software, and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

Links to other websites

When you tap a headline, the full article opens in your device's web browser on the original publisher's website. Those sites are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies; this policy does not apply to them.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
